Lean and Six Sigma
You may be an expert in the use and application of Lean and six sigma but there are times that you cannot fully employ the appropriate resources. Training and Competency

Site, second or third party Inspection
There are times when a critical part, a piece of equipment, an external service or a geographical location may be a problem with an order. You may need assistance in assuring your customer of the quality and compliance with certain specialized vendors. DET Ventures has been involved in site inspections. We can help in planning and / or executing assurance services at your vendor’s location before it gets to your customer. We can also assist you in dealing with second and third party inspectors. Sometimes a confident and knowledgeable presentation, by a subject matter expert, can go a long way in settling a possibly contentious situation.
